I hope and prayer is that someone who reads this may care enough to get involved with my case. I need help in finding legal representation by someone that believes in me and is willing to fight for my life. This could be in the form of a financial donation, pro bono legal representation from a law firm with a heart or simply your prayers for me. I want to be able to be a father to my daughter. I want to take her to her first day of school, help her with her homework, watch her graduate from college and some day, I want to walk her down the aisle when she marries a young man worthy of her love and respect. I want to touch my family again. I don’t want my daughter to grow up thinking I took another man’s life when I didn’t.
I also want to help others that have been down the wrong road of life before it is too late for them. They need to know that just being in the wrong place, with the wrong people at the wrong time can change the course of your life forever, and not for the best. I want to give my life back to the community and to today’s kids so that someone else’s family doesn’t have to go through the pain that my family and Nick Moraida’s family have and continue to live through.
